I baked last night, I swear I did! This week we did Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate chips...it's just that I didn't have even a few words of posting in me..Maybe it's because I was experimenting with the Million Dollar Cookie, but I kind of didn't go crazy for the peanut butter side of this...But...I've got a mountain of these cookies...
And they taste pretty darn good with a great cup of coffee (next week: cookies with malted milk balls in them!!! Can't wait.)

I know that feeling - no energy left for posting! Somehow the cookies just get better as they sit; I froze big bags of them, and they're even good straight from the freezer.
I agree, it's hard to find much to say about a cookie.

I had a mountain of cookies too! And you will LOVE next week's cookie...OMG....to die for!! I made them the same day I made these! My new favorite cookie!
