Nice video Barb. Makes me hungry for shrimp. We get good oysters and mussels down here in NZ, too bad I don't like them. But we don't get shrimp (or prawns as they prefer to say in this part of the world). The one exception is Huka Prawn Park in Taupo where they breed Malaysian Freshwater shrimp to huge sizes.
